We will visit the site so that we can suggest suitable setups based on the venue, the number of guests and what you want to achieve. From a suitable stage height to the right size of screen and placement of sound to finally incorporating the design elements into the whole production.
It is best to provide all the branded content at least a week before your installation for testing and allow time for changes if required. Delivery will be made once advance deposit is in place for the hire.
We will test and adapt content to make sure you get the best visual experience on the installation date. This will also ensure no time and trips are wasted post installation.
We will get in all the necessary hardware, install and make all the necessary connections and deploy the system for you on your selected date and time.
